Doris Huebner

Having served as a board member at the Chapel Hill Ronald McDonald House for several years, joining the RMHC of NC board in 2008 was a natural progression.  For many years I have been involved with area charities and one of the most appealing aspects of being involved with RMHC of NC, is the far reaching ability that this charity has to raise funds. The foundation has many branches of funds that come from all different sources, i.e. canister donations, special events, the owner/operator community and vendors to McDonald's.  This extensive involvement allows RMHC of NC to not only offer financial support to the states Ronald McDonald Houses, but allows us to have a grant committee which award grants to other deserving charities. The impact of RHMC of NC reaches far beyond just the McDonald's family.

My husband Fred and I met while working for McDonald's Corporation and have been married 32 years.  We have two sons and two grandchildren.  Our business is genuinely a family operated business as both of our sons work with us operating our McDonald's Restaurants.
